Through the Internet you can now enter orders, and access real-time tracking information on all of your job requests. This means quick and easy order entry, and electronic delivery updates.

eTrac is an independent, Internet-based application that is designed to work seamlessly with J&P Hall’s computer system. Our drivers are connected with eTrac’s wireless "point & click" dispatch tool, updating the information available to you within seconds of when it is entered. The result is that you have access to real-time status and delivery reports, from order entry, to delivery, to invoice. What could be easier?

How It Works
Through a secure order entry screen specific to your account, orders may be placed at ease, and then tracked all the way through completion. Your jobs are automatically kept current as dispatchers update the status. When you enter an order you can view confirmation that your order was received. Then, as your order goes quickly through the delivery process, all updates are reflected in the system and available to you. A dispatcher’s identification number, the driver assigned for pickup, and any issues related to the job such as wait time, are recorded and available on your desktop.
