J&P Hall Express has expanded our Atlanta facility! We now have over 50,000 square feet of warehouse to accommodate all of our customer needs! Thank you to all of our customers who have helped to make this possible!

Due to the continued volatility in fuel, J&P Hall Express will return to weekly fuel surcharge adjustments effective March 1, 2011. We will continue to review this process and update accordingly.

Memphis-Atlanta linehaul cancelled due to snow
Due to snow in Memphis and potential winter weather between Mem and Atl, we will not be running a linehaul between Mem and Atl tonight. We hope to resume Thursday night. 31st

Holiday Schedule
Please note that our offices will be closed:
Friday, December 24th and December 31st Saturday, December 24th and January 1st-2011
We will be performing airport transfers the morning of December 24th and December 31st as normal. However, regular pickup and delivery service will be suspended. Any pickup or deliveries these days will require special arrangements. This includes Christmas Day and New Years Day as well. All residential freight that is tendered to J&P Hall Express by the 17th of December will be delivered by the 23rd. Thank you for your support in 2010 and we look forward to a great 2011!

Dear Valued Customer:
Please note that we have made several adjustments to our tariff to reflect our current operating model requirements. We have reconfigured certain aspects of our tariff, including minimums, per hundred rates, accessorial charges, pickup/cutoff times, and zones. We have expanded our tariff information and updated our website to provide as much information on-line as possible.
We do recognize that we all continue to face uncertain economic conditions. But we feel these adjustments are necessary in order to maintain a strong and viable company and to maintain our current service parameters, especially considering the wide geographic coverage area we offer. We constantly review our operating model and look for ways to manage costs without impacting service. While we have been successful in some areas at reducing costs, this has not offset other rising expenses and the current volume mixes we are seeing. At some point, those things that are beyond our control require us to adjust our pricing to support our cost and service model. It should also be noted that we have not refreshed our standard pricing since January of 2009, almost two years ago.
We sincerely appreciate your support and understanding and we look forward to your continued support as we try our very best to offer the most consistent service in the Atlanta, Georgia, and the Southeastern market.
